Handling Surcharges

All orders below £50 (fifty UK pounds) excluding VAT will be subject to a fixed £5 (five UK pounds) Small Order surcharge. To avoid this surcharge, increase your shopping cart value above £50.

Note: Subsequent returns of items may incur this surcharge if your order would then drop below the surcharge limit.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Once your order has been received we will send you confirmation. This confirmation does not indicate that a contract exists between us it is purely to let you know that we have received your order. Once your order has been processed we will send you an invoice which will then constitute a contract. Our website is updated on a regular basis and since we are only human we have included this term to protect us in the the event that any pricing mistakes have been made, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the rare case of a change of price, we will always contact you to let you know and confirm you wish to go ahead before we proceed with the order.

As a business to business wholesale website, Neat Wholesale is not bound by the terms of the distance selling regulations. If you need to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order confirmation e-mail.

Please note that we have found that some email packages send our confirmation receipts to a junk mail folder and would advise you to check your junk mail folder if you have contacted us or ordered products. To mark mail from NEAT Wholesale as safe and not junk mail, follow the instructions in your email package. This will usually involve right clicking a message from us and from the list of options that appear selecting 'Add Domain/Sender to Safe List'.

For your peace of mind all orders are sent with proof of posting and are insured against loss or damage.

Shipping in the UK is as follows:

All UK orders qualify for free shipping with the below exceptions.

Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days. Orders are sent using the most economic method - for all orders this is usually a 24 hour courier delivery service. Pallet deliveries and deliveries to NI and UK highlands and islands will usually take an additional 1 working day to deliver.

Additional delivery charges will also be incurred to the following locations:-

UK Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands.

Non-delivery and Redirection Fees

Please ensure that the address details you supply are complete and correct. If you receive a card to say that the courier attempted delivery please contact the courier immediately using the details on the calling card. Couriers apply significant fines and redirection fees to items that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details and to items that are not called for or arranged for redelivery within 5 days of the first attempt to deliver. Any such fines, fees and subsequent redelivery costs will be passed on to you.

Non-UK Deliveries

We are able to offer competitive delivery prices throughout most of Europe. Please check the delivery calculator in our shipping cart to calculate delivery charges to your destination.

Non-Deliveries

If your order is lost in the post we will send you a replacement according to the timescale designated by the chosen courier for items to be considered lost. If your order is damaged we will send you replacements for the damaged items immediately.

If your order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information being supplied to us by you or through the goods being otherwise undeliverable through no fault of our own we may, subject to discretion, charge a redelivery cost equivalent to the cost of redelivery + a 20% administration fee. Please ensure that you give us correct postal information and that you accept delivery or collect your items in a timely manner to avoid redelivery costs.

Delivery Schedule

Neat Wholesale normally dispatch orders within 3-5 working days. After this the delivery schedule is as per the terms and conditions of the chosen delivery agent. As an indication: All orders are sent with proof of postage and insurance. If you do not receive your order within the stated times please contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, resend your order. Please note that all deliveries are made via third parties and are subject to their terms and conditions. Although we make our best efforts to get your order to you as quickly as possible we are not able to guarantee levels of delivery service and timescales for delivery.

If we are aware of any delays in delivery times we will contact you immediately. You may cancel your order without cost up to the point that you receive confirmation that your order has been processed and dispatched. Once an order has been processed you may return the goods as described in the Returns Policy section of our Terms and Conditions. To cancel or return goods please contact us via any of the methods described in the About Us section of our Terms and Conditions quoting your order number. Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Tax Charges All prices quoted throughout the NEAT Wholesale website exclude VAT.
